Meet the facilitators
I’m Lindsay, and I’ve been a leader and a coach since I was a kid. When I was tagged to be a “natural helper” in elementary school, I was surprised because I was just being me. Still today, the work I do quite literally flows through me and comes from a higher source. I believe everyone has it within them to be a leader; you’re not broken, and you don’t need to be fixed; and the fastest path to change is to name our deepest desires and sit with the resistance we’ve been avoiding.
I'm Boe, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping families navigate life's messy, meaningful transitions. Whether it's parenting through a new stage, supporting a struggling child or teen, or adjusting to changes in family life, I love helping people move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling more connected and confident. As both a therapist and a parent, I know that change can be challenging—but it can also be an opportunity for growth. I'm so looking forward to sharing practical tools, thoughtful conversation, and community with you.
