At our practice, we specialize in supporting teens and their families through anxiety, mood challenges, and the complexities of growing up.

Many of the families we work with come to us feeling stuck - caught in patterns of conflict or worried about their child’s emotional well-being.

We work with the whole family system -strengthening communication and building the skills needed to deepen understanding, shift dynamics, and helping everyone feel more connected and supported. Using evidence-based approaches alongside experiential therapies like EMDR and art therapy, we tailor our work to meet each teen and family where they are.

Our work began over a decade ago with a focus on teen mental health, helping adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, and moments when things feel especially overwhelming. Over time, we’ve seen again and again that meaningful, lasting change happens when parents and caregivers are part of the process.

Our goal is simple: to help your family move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to more steady, connected, and able to move forward with confidence and joy.

  • We've expanded

Over the last few years our team has grown in order to meet the mental healthcare needs in our community.  Boe has welcomed licensed clinicians Laurel Chace and Simone Weber into her therapy practice.  We are aligned in our shared passion for seeing individuals and families thrive after bravely identifying, processing, and utilizing therapeutic skills in order to clear out and heal emotional distress.

Utilizing a trauma informed lens of treatment, we tailor each session to our unique clientele. We strive to be culturally competent and offer gender affirming treatment. Our work is strength based, emphasizing compassion for all in a judgment free environment. Healing requires trust and the ability to express shame. Through these difficult admissions, we help people self actualize.

Boe is a gem! She connects with all types of clients with her warmth, calm demeanor and wisdom. Boe worked as a clinician in our high school Wellness Centers for several years and was an amazing asset to our team. She built deep and meaningful connections with our youth and families. I highly recommend Boe as a therapist for youth and adults. She is intuitive and wise and builds trusting and meaningful relationships with ease.
